Sherry Clark

Ms. Sherry Clark, age 76, passed away in, Newnan, GA on May 3, 2023. She was born in Athens, TN on July 20, 1946 to the late Dorothy W. McMurtry and Walter McMurtry, USAF. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Jerry R. McMurtry.

Sherry is survived by her daughter, Kirstie Lisa Messimer; granddaughters, Ashley Messimer, Sierra Barela (Messimer), great grandchildren, Danny Barela and Luna Barela; brothers, Walter P. McMurtry and Ronald W. McMurtry.

A life celebration will be held at 1pm, Saturday, May 20th in the chapel of Cole and Garrett in White House. Family will receive friends from 11-1pm prior to the service.
