CARTWRIGHT, Sam Howard "Hoss" Age 79 of Goodlettsville. August 20, 2008 Preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Elizabeth Cartwright. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Dot Cartwright; daughter, Rhonda Renee Cartwright; granddaughters, Cheryl (Daran) McQuaig of White House, TN and Beth (Alex) Mendez of Goodlettsville, TN; great-grandchildren, Diego and Adriana Mendez; brother, Louis Cartwright of Greenbrier, TN; sister, Annie (Roy) Erickson of Madison, TN. Visitation will be Friday from 2-8 p.m. and Saturday from 12-2 p.m., with services at Cole and Garrett Funeral Home at 2 p.m., with Ray Carson and Ray Eanes officiating. Pallbearers will be Steve Cartwright, Daran McQuaig, Alex Mendez, Fred Belt, Bill Angell, Robert Hamlett & Tommy Elder. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
