Elizabeth Ann Cothern

Elizabeth Ann "Libby" Cothern, 80, of Hendersonville passed away at her home Thursday, November 25, 2021. Born in Knoxville, TN, December 9, 1940, Libby was the daughter of the late Raymond L. and Mable Lynn (Crass) Hatmaker. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Garnett Cothern; 4 children, Tom Cothern, Phillip Cothern, Lorrie White, and Eleanor Christy; 11 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 28th from 3 - 6 PM at Temple Baptist Church, White House, TN followed by a celebration of life service at 6 PM in the church sanctuary. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Temple Baptist Church Building Fund, the Tennessee Baptist Children's Home, or to the Samaritans Purse Shoebox Ministry.
