PHILLIPS, Willie F., 84, June 21, 2008. Survived by loving wife Ethel Phillips, of 65 years; sons, Jerry Wayne and Billy Joe Phillips; daughter, Judy Roberts; sister, Elsie Phillips; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
