JOHNSON, William Edgar-Born Feb. 19, 1945 in Clay County. Passed away June 8, 2009 at his home. Preceded in death by parents, Claude and Elsie Johnson;brothers, Harold, Charles and Bill Johnson;sisters, Pauline Goolsby, Lucille Shoemake and Linda "Carol" Walls. Survived by daughters, Elaine Johnson and Faye Paterson; grandchildren, Penny Wetterer, Josh Smith, Nate Hicks, Billy and Tinsley Paterson; great- grandchildren, Matthew and Sierra Wetterer, Alyssa Smith, Shawn; sisters, Katherine Strong, Lizzie Daves, Claudine Crawford and Christine Smith; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Wednesday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Entombment to follow. Visitation on Wednesday 10:00-12:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Alive Hospice.
