BURNS, William Blake- Age 4 months of Nashville died March 5, 2006. Survived by parents, Joshua and Stephanie Burns; maternal grandparents, Larry and Pat Cox, Nancy Cox and Sue Cox; paternal grandparents, Robert and Kirk Smith. Funeral services will be 11:30 am Saturday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation 4-7 pm Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to Saving Little Hearts, 5629 Barineau Lane, Knoxville, TN 37920.
