Vera Viola Chowdhury

Vera Viola Chowdhury, age 84, passed away on April 9th, 2026, in Madison, TN after an arduous battle with dementia. She was born on September 1st, 1941, in Norwich, Vermont. She spent many years in the service industry as a waitress where she diligently made sure that her customers were well taken care of. In her free time, Vera enjoyed watching television and listening to old county tunes. She was a longtime resident of Creekside Center for Rehab and Rehabilitation where her presence will be greatly missed by the other residents and staff.

Vera is survived by her son Kenneth (Windy) Mocko. Although she is gone, her memory will reside within the ones she held dear.
