SULLIVAN, Michael Anthony "Tony" Age- 55 years, passed away September 14, 2012. Preceded in death by parents, John and Betty Sullivan. Survived by wife, Teresa Sullivan; daughters, Tara Sullivan and Tracy Sullivan; brother, Steve Gayle Sullivan. The Life Celebration will be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at 1pm, at the West Harpeth Funeral Home with Bobby Price officiating. Interment will be at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be on Monday from 4-7pm, and on Tuesday one hour prior to the service at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME
