Tina M. Lewis, 54, of Madison passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Skyline Medical Center. Tina was born June 30, 1963 in Nashville, the daughter of Michael and Estelle H. Rains. She had been a life- long resident of Middle Tennessee. Tina had worked as a waitress for more than 20 years with Shoney's. A member of Fatherland Baptist Church, Madison, she was a Christian who loved her church. Among the things she enjoyed were going to the ocean and watching cartoons. She was a loving mother and grandmother who was devoted to her family. Tina leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Destiny Tanner; her two granddaughters, Mariah Palmer and Miah Palmer; her sister, Tammy Brown; her brother, Michael Rains; as well as a host of extended family members and friends. Visitation will be held at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville on Thursday from 4 to 8 PM and Friday from 11 AM to 3 PM. A Life Celebration Service will be held Friday at 3 PM at the funeral home.
