Thomas Neeley

NEELEY, Thomas "Pat" Age 54 years, passed away June 11, 2012, after a battle with cancer, trusting in God's will throughout. Preceded in death by mother, Jane Neeley. Survived by father, Frank Neeley; wife, Toni Neeley; daughter, Paige Neeley; brothers, Vincent Janice Neeley; Mike Lynne Neeley; Tim Meg Neeley; Frank Neeley, Jr.; sisters, Pam Ted Gregory; Theresa Tony Lawrence; several nieces and nephews and extended family. The service will be held Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at 7pm, at the West Harpeth Funeral Home. A private family burial will take place at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alive Hospice or the charity of your choice. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4pm until the service hour at WEST HARPETH
