JONES, Thomas F. "Tom" Age 70 years, of Nashville, TN, Passed from this life October 15, 2005 after an extended illness. He was retired from the Tennessean Newspaper .Preceded in death by parents, James Leslie and Harriett Jones. He is survived by a loving family, wife of 49 years, Betty; daughter, Sandra; son, Thomas Scott Karen; grandson, Braden Jones, sister, Martha Ellen Jones; many other relatives and friends. He loved life, family, and his friends, with every fiber of his being. In his memory, please do something kind and loving for someone who needs help, and remember Tom as the person he was, always happy and smiling. As requested, the body will be cremated. There will be no public services. Private inurnment at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. All glory to God for his everlasting power, love, and being so real to us during this difficult time in our lives.
