Tami Lynn (Gibbs) Parker, 46, died Sunday, February 11, 2018. Tami was born on November 23, 1971 in Hobbs, New Mexico and spent her early years there. Her family later moved to San Angelo, TX where she graduated from high school. Following her graduation, Tami moved to Page, AZ to live with her father and eventually entered the Marine Corps. It was while she was in Arizona that she met and eventually married her husband, Thomas C. Parker. They soon moved to Tennessee settling in Hendersonville. Tami went back to school and received an Associates Degree in Art. She enjoyed airbrush art and drawing. Among her favorite places to be were the beach and Mexico. Tami was preceded in death by her mother, Maggie Lou (Berryhill) Gibbs and also by a sister-in-law, Cindy (Parker) Vance. She is survived by her father, Jack Gibbs; her husband, Thomas C. Parker; her children, Cody Tyler Gibbs Parker, Dacota Logan Parker, and Dalton Carl Parker; her siblings, Jeff Gibbs, Leigh Gibbs, Sherri Gibbs, and Kim Anderson; her brothers-in-law, Michael Parker and Gregg Vance; as well as several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. A life celebration service will be held at Beech Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 3216 Long Hollow Pike, Hendersonville, Friday
At 2 pm. The family will great friends immediately prior to the service.
