Tamara Lee Phillips, age 46 of Hendersonville, passed away on June 6, 2016 at her home.

He is preceded in death by one parent Jo Herring.

She is survived by her beloved mother, Brenda Herring; brother, Chris Smith; partner, Anita Talley; nephew Jacob Marina, and uncle Lynn Hughes.

The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
