SPANN, Jeffery I. "Fro" age 50, Nashville, October 9, 2009. Preceded in death by father, Norman Lee Spann; brothers, Johnny and Dicky Spann. Survived by mother, Annie Ruth Spann; sisters, Shari Eugene Sewell and Cynthia Bill Bass; five nieces and nephews; five great-nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be at 10 am, Monday, October 12, 2009 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment at Jackson's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation, Saturday, 4-8 p.m. and Sunday, 1-8 p.m. at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME 6962 Charlotte Pike 615 352-9400
