AUSTIN, Sr., Shannon W. age 53 passed away on May 31, 2009. He is preceded in death by a brother, James S. Austin, Jr. and a sister Betty C. Tidwell. He is survived by a special friend, Carol Montgomery; children, Shannon W. Austin, Jr., Jordan Austin, Stephanie Austin; 3 grandchildren; brother, Robert Austin; sisters, Paula Myers, Gwen Barnes, Jackie Garvin, Dorcas Jones. Funeral services will be on Tuesday at 11:30 am at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home with Jeffery Garvin officiating. Interment will follow in the Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be on Monday from 4-8 pm and on Tuesday from 9-11:30 am at
