SEARS E. COUNTER, JR. "Bud" Age 83, passed away December 21, 2013. Preceded in death by parents; brother, Bill Counter; step children, Diane Pitcock and Kevin Greer. Survived by wife, Charline Counter; children, Bobby (Kelley) Counter, Barry (Debbie) Counter, Pam Counter, Terri Hunter, and Joey Counter; 19 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren. The funeral service will be Monday, December 23, 2013, at 12pm at the West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment will be at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-7pm, and on Monday from 10am until the service hour at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME, 6962 Charlotte Pike; 352-9400
