Sandra Koutz

Koutz, Sandra Maynard, age 56 of Cheatham County November 10, 2010. She was preceded in death by her father, William Maynard. She is survived by her mother, Ellen Maynard; sisters, Donna Orange (Joe), Shari Storehalder (Merle); three nieces; one nephew; five great nieces; one great-great nephew. The family will receive friends from 2-8 pm Sunday, November 14th at Cole and Garrett Funeral Home in Goodlettsville. Funeral service will be 11:00 am on Monday, November 15th with Rev. Cecil Boswell officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to ASPCA at 1-800-686-0028. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
