WHITAKER, Samuel Rick, March 6, 2007, Age 43 of Madison. He was preceded in death by his dad, Sam Whitaker. Survived by his mom, Bette Roaden Whitaker, White House, TN, and step-son Anthony Lambert of Mississippi. Visitation with the family will be at Cole & Garrett White House Friday from 12 - 8 p.m., and where funeral services will be conducted Saturday March 10, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Joe Vickers officiating. Interment White House Memorial Gardens. For those desiring, donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
