HUGHES, Roy D. – Age 66, Fairview, January 22, 2012. Survived by wife of 46 years, Peggy L. Hughes; daughters, Michelle David Martin and Kimberly Dale Veldman; grandchildren, Zackary and Courtney Schutte; brothers, Thomas Claudia Davidson and Willie Lee Hughes; sisters, Peggy Alton Anglin and Flossie Nelson Ivy; and several nieces and nephews. He will be missed by critters, Paco and Festus. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. The life celebration service will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
