September 4, 1948 — June 21, 2017
Robert Gene Spicer, June 21, 2017, age 68. Preceded in death by his parents, Haskell and Effie Spicer; brothers, Donald and Charles Spicer, sister, Kedna Spicer. Survived by his brothers, Buster, Willie, and James Spicer; daughters, Donna Peek and Stacey Cunningham, grandsons, Justin Peek and Tyler Cunningham, granddaughters, Ashley, Brittany Peek and Isabella and Miyah Rippy, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, White House Saturday from 2-8 pm, and Sunday from 12 Noon until service time at 2pm with interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Family will serve as pallbearers.
