Robert Brinkley

BRINKLEY, Robert Lee, 76, of Goodlettsville, TN passed away April 6, 2009. He worked many years for the city of Goodlettsville, was a member of First Baptist Church of Goodlettsville, and was a singer for many years with a gospel quartet. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 47 years, Mymie Lee Brinkley and his sister, Lasalle Cunningham. He is survived by his daughters, Sheryl Ann Brinkley & Robbie Lasalle Brinkley; stepson, Robert �"Herk�" (Diane) Williams; grandson, Reginald Williams; 2 great grandchildren.; sister, Jessie Marie Bender; devoted friend, William (Margaret) Brady; his Rabbit Dog; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. The family would like to thank Alive Hospice for their care, love and support they have shown. Visitation will be 10am to 2pm Friday with service at 2pm at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home.
