Mrs. Rachel Marie Lamberth of Madison, Tennessee was born August 4, 1930 in Goodlettsville, Tennessee to parents Henry Bagsby and Birdie Newby Bagsby. She passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Rachel was 86 years of age.

Rachel was survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Billy Lamberth; by her daughter and son-in-law, Denise Lamberth Sanders and Tom, Tammy Lamberth Rorie; two sisters, Christine Secunda and Joy Robertson; two grandchildren, Nicki Bess and husband Michael Bess, Kaleb Rorie; one great grandson, Braxton Bess.

Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Lyle Larson of Goodlettsville First Baptist Church where Rachel was the longest standing member there. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Zack Hudson, Jimmy Simmons, Kerry McMurtry, Larry McMurtry, Terry Lamberth and Scott Nimmo.

The family will welcome friends at Cole & Garrett on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
