Rachel Danielle Ford, passed away on October 12, 2019 at age 38. She was born in Nashville, TN on May 28, 1981. She is survived by her parents, Danny and Becky Ford, and her two daughters, Ava Madison Ford and Ella Madilyn Harris. Rachel loved to travel, and was a great friend to all who knew her. Her daughters were her heart and the love of their life. A gathering for friends and family to celebrate her life will be on Sunday October 27 from 2-5 pm at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home Goodlettsville.
