Peggy J. Stamps, 84 of Westmoreland, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2020 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas A. Stamps; and two sons, Richard Allen Stamps and Gilbert Wendell Stamps. She is survived by her daughter, Melinda S. Parker; granddaughters, Brandy Denny and Misty McCollum; and great-granddaughter, Zayda Rae Denny. A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 3:00 pm at Hermitage Memorial Gardens, Old Hickory, TN.
