McKAY, Peggy Ruth Davenport, 69, April 23, 2008. Preceded in death by father, John L. Davenport; mother, Fannie Russell Davenport; brothers, George Larry Davenport and Billy Ray Davenport; sister, Patty Sue Voss and Laura Ann. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Thomas McKay; children, Vickie Onorio Mireles-Ortiz, Thomas Melba McKay, Danny Faye McKay, and Angie McKay; grandchildren, Bridget, Tera, Kala, Tony, Danny, Jonathon, Shelly, Micah, Austin, Chris, and Jeff; great great-grandchildren, CJ, Cheyenne, Maruicio, America, Marysa, Kaylee, and Alden; brothers, John Barbara Davenport, Danny Joy Davenport; sister, Betty Ron Bridges Bull. The funeral service will be on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at 2 pm at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Rev. Jamie Lane officiating. Interment at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens, Hwy 100. Grandchildren will serve as honorary pallbearers. Active pallbearers are Onorio Mireles-Ortiz, Ryan Langford, Leslie Lindsey, Bubba Spurlock, Jay Williams, Ron Bridges, Jason Paul, and Kenny Holt.
