Pauline Rice Gammon, 97, passed away Friday, August 16, 2019 at her home. Born September 14, 1921 in Hendersonville, TN, she was the daughter of the late Milton Rice and Nellie (Birrer) Rice. Pauline was also preceded in death by a daughter, Janice Littrell and a son-in-law Bill Ferrell. A devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother, she was a wonderful homemaker. She took great interest in her girls and was known to be an excellent cook and seamstress. She is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Ferrell; son-in-law, Ronnie Littrell; three grandchildren, Gayle (Ray) Wilson, Brandy (Shane) Ogle and Brandon (Dana) Littrell; four great-grandchildren, Trey (Courtney) Overbey, Lacey Wilson, Bryandt Ogle, and Kaitlyn Paige (Tyler) Sale; and two great-great-grandchildren, Evangeline Sale and Kyler Sale. Visitation for Pauline will be held at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville, Monday, August 19, 2019 from 4 to 8 PM and Tuesday, August 20, 2019 from 1 to 2 PM. A celebration of life service will be held Tuesday at 2 PM followed by interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
