EDWARDS, Pauline "Polly", age 87 of Goodlettsville passed away June 22, 2013. She is preceded in death by her parents, Miller and Lily Lewis; great granddaughter, Libby Birdwell. Polly is survived by her sons, Freddie Birdwell, William (Kim) Birdwell, Dennis Birdwell, Gary (Theresa) Birdwell; daughter, Lori Birdwell; grandchildren, Veronica, Raven, Gary Neal, Lucas, Marley, Lindy, Jamie, Jeremy, Hunter, Laura; great-granchildren, Tori, Chase, Cam, Luke, Libby, Claire and Asher; brother, Hugh Lewis. Pallbearers, Jay Summers, Marc Hulan, Gary Neal, Lucas, Jeremy and Hunter Birdwell. Family will receive friends Monday June 24, 2013 4-8pm at Cole & Garrett, Goodlettsville.
