O'KAIN, Patrick Henry Jr. – Age 68, of Hendersonville, TN passed away January 9, 2012. Mr. O'Kain is survived by his children, Lynn Phillips Carl and Michael O'Kain Jenny; grandchildren, Peyton O'Kain, Whitney, Abbey and Jack Phillips; loving family members, Loretta, Lynette and Ryan; and siblings, Evelyn, Peggy Linda, Mark, and Pam. A memorial service for Mr. O'Kain will be held at Long Hollow Baptist Church on Tuesday, January 15th at 6 p.m., with visitation beginning at 2 p.m.
