JORDAN, Patricia Lynn, age 61. September 19, 2013. Preceded in death by her parents, Chuck Jordan and Alice Jordan. Survived by her sister, Barbara D'Amore (John); nephew, Chris Bradley (Ashley); niece, Jenni Bradley; great-niece, Maddie Bradley; great-nephew, Drew Bradley. The memorial service will be 6:30 p.m. Monday, September 23, 2013 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Private inurnment at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Franklin, TN. Visitation will be Monday 4:30 p.m. until service time at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME 6962 Charlotte Pike 615-352-9400
