She enjoyed traveling both in the states and abroad with her husband, including two trips to Europe and visiting all 50 States. Church retreats to Beersheba Springs, numerous hikes up Mt. She took several trips with a small group of her best friends and always came back sharing funny stories and memories from their adventures. However, her favorite times were yearly mountain cabin stays with her friends and family over many years.
Nancy loved playing Scrabble, doing daily crossword puzzles, reading recipe books and playing the piano by ear. She was a faithful wife and a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She never complained, never had a cross word with anyone, always had a quick smile and did everything with a Christian attitude and a servant’s heart.
