Age 69 of Greenbrier. Born February 15, 1938, passed away April 7, 2007. Mrs. Binkley was a homemaker, was of the Church of Christ Faith & Lifetime member of GWRRA. She was dearly loved & will be sadly missed. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Garland Ray Binkley; parents, Carlus & Mary Carlisle; brothers, Carlus, Charles & Fred Carlisle. She is survived by sons, Danny (Wanda) Binkley & Daryl Scott Binkley; daughters, Rhonda (Wesley) Wilbur & Lori (William) Bilbrey; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grand-children; sisters, Fran Neal, Norma Harris & Linda Romero. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 12 to 8 p.m. & Wednesday, from 8 to 1130 a.m.. Services will be 1130 a.m. Wednesday, at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, with Brother Richard Neal & Brother David Neal officiating. Pallbearers will be family & friends. Honorary Pallbearers will be members of Goldwing Road Riders Association. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. COLE & GARRETT FUNERAL HOME, (615) 859-5231.
