MADDOX, Mary Frances PalmerAge 84, passed away September 11, 2009. Member of First Baptist Church, Franklin, TN. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Maddox; parents, Julian & Mary Moore Palmer; brothers, Samuel Penick Palmer, Rev. Joseph Paul Palmer, Moody Moore Palmer & Ralph Julian Palmer. Survived by son, Robert Wayne (Mary) Maddox; brother, Charles W. (Shirley) Palmer; granddaughters, Sally (Eric) Hooge, Leslie (Brent) Lenthall & Meredith (Kelly) Hicks; great grandchildren, Sydney, Brennan & Logan Lenthall, Riley, Tessa & Lily Hooge; nephews, Ike (Sylvia), Steve (Mary), David, Sam, Mike (Brenda) Palmer; nieces, Bobbie Jean (Kenneth) Day, Paulette (Robert) McGlothlin, Nancy (Tom) Strawn, Lanell Gatewood & Karen Palmer; sisters in-law, Velma & Jane Palmer; godsons, Matt & Ryan Henry with their parents, Bill & Patsy Henry, Wilene Williams, James & Katherine Watson; close and loved cousins and cherished friends. A special love and thanks to the Sunshine Class and many close friends at First Baptist Franklin and love to friends at First Baptist Hendersonville. Visitation will be Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. Services will be 1pm Monday at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home with Rev. Courtney Wilson officiating. Interment will be at Nashville National Cemetery.
