PENNINGTON, Marie Wanda. Born August 16, 1932 died June 27, 2009. Preceded in death by mother, Phillipa Ellen R. Willis; brother, Ray Terry; son, Dennis Ray Roper; granddaughter, Candy Gibson; stepson, Ricky Pennington. Survived by husband, Charles Franklin Pennington; daughter, Ellen Brown; son, Bo Gibson; step-son, Charles Pennington, Jr.; sister, Phyllis Spencer Gentry; 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation Monday 2-8 p.m.
