Marguerite Chaffin

Marguerite Taylor Dixon Chaffin, age 85 of Goodlettsville, passed away March 5, 2022.  She was born in Smith County, TN on August 3, 1936 to the late Robert Taylor and Maggie Huddleston Taylor.  She was also preceded in death by her husband Ethridge “Bill” Dixon, and her twin brother Robert Taylor.  She is survived by her sons, Don (Toni) Dixon, Ken (Pam) Dixon, Richard (Ruth) Dixon, and Phillip (Ginger) Dixon; ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.  Margie was very devoted and worked many years for Living to Go Church, now 3 Oaks Church in Gallatin.  Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home Goodlettsville Thursday March 10 from 4-8 pm.  Funeral Service will be Friday March 11 at 11 am.   Interment will follow at Dixon Springs Cemetery, Hartsville at 2pm.
