ASHBY, Madge Chipman-Age 88. March 20, 2008. She was a nurse for 30 years at Obion County Memorial Hospital in Union City, TN. She was also a volunteer at The Meadows. Survived by children, John B. Chipman Mary, Nancy Strickland Jerry; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Entombment will be at Obion County Memorial Gardens Mausoleum on Monday at 12:00 p.m. Visitation Saturday 9:30 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers make donations to The Meadows or Alive Hospice.
