Luther Stinson, Jr.

Luther D. Stinson, Jr., age 80 of Nashville, passed away June 23, 2021.  He was born on April 18, 1941 to the late Luther D. and Nettie V. Stinson Sr.  He was preceded in death by his wife Frances Stinson, and sister Joyce Nuccio.  He is survived by his son Luther David Stinson III (Brenda); daughter Mistie Morris (Jeremey), grandchildren, Megan Morris, Hailey Morris, Ethan Stinson, Jeremy Hildebrant, and Aaron Hildebrant; great-grandchildren, Shayna Harbach, Henry Hildebrant; sister, Fredia Duke; special loving niece Darlene Knight, and many special loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.  Luther was a member of the First Southern Methodist Church, Local Teamsters 480, John B. Garrett Masonic Lodge, and the Shrine.  Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville Sunday June 27 from 2pm – 8pm with a Masonic Service at 7pm.  Celebration of life will be on Monday June 28 at 12 Noon with visitation from 10am until time of service.  Interment will be at Bradley Cemetery at 2pm.  For those desiring, donations may be made to the Shrine Hospital.
