Survived by fiancé, Allison Goodwin; children, Jada and Jessa Newton; parents, James and Lori Newton; brother, Jonathan girlfriend, Eva Newton; sisters, Andrea, Hollie, and Patty; grandparents, Loren Hilgert, J.B. Helen Newton, Jr.; also survived by his devoted Band family. The memorial service will be at 4 pm on Monday, September 15, 2008 at West Harpeth Funeral Home 6962 Charlotte Pk 615 352-9400
