Barnes, Lawrence "Wayne" Sr., age 63, preceded in death by his father, Leo Barnes, son, Michael and grandson Christopher Barnes Jr. Survived by his mother, Ladye Barnes; wife of 42 years, Judy Pickney Barnes and sister, Carolyn Kevin Barnes; daughters, Elaine Barnes, Lisa Larry Watts, Lori Bruce Yount , Sarah Barnes; sons, Larry Julie Barnes, Chuck Michelle Barnes and Christopher Barnes; grandchildren, Wayne III, Joe, Ashley, Allen, Beth, Chaz, Lauren, Briella, Larry, Caitlin, Alyssa and Hailey. Wayne was an automobile parts specialist for many years in West Nashville. The mass will be 10 a.m. Thursday, March 29, 2007 at St. Ann's with Father Phillip Breen celebrant. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
