He is survived by his wife, Sarah Smith; daughter, Valerie Smith; grandson, Elijah Smith; step-son, Andy Stephens; step-daughter, Brianna Baxter; brothers, Ron and Michael Smith; sister, Julia Smith; step-sister, Karen Calvert; step-mother, Joanne Smith. A gathering with the family will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home Goodlettsville on Wednesday March 23, from 5-8 pm.
