Kenneth E. Butterworth, age 79 of Goodlettsville passed away December 23, 2015. Mr. Butterworth was born on August 27, 1936 in Columbia, TN to the late Robert and Susie Butterworth. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Jesse and Burton. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Betty J. Butterworth; daughters, Debra Vaughn (David) and Sandra Shults (Bill); grandchildren, Chris, Daniel, Merissa, Meghan and Wil; 7 great-grandchildren and siblings, Linda, Francis, Don, Jimmy, George, Carl and Maurice. A Life Celebration service will be conducted on Tuesday, December 29th at 2:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Cole & Garrett Funeral Home with Bro. Ken Castleberry officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be on Monday, December 28th from 4-7 P.M. and Tuesday one hour prior to the service.
