Born September 17, 1928, United with Jesus on November 23, 2009. Preceded in death by parents, Martha and John Hutchison; husband, George Wilson Carter. Survived by son, George O. Carter Debbie; grandchildren Colby and Olivia; daughters, Bette Carter, Georgia Hankins Charlie; 3 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren. Graveside service will be conducted on Friday, Nov. 27, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gallatin City Cemetery. Special Thank You to Vanco Manor employees and to Allen Lindsey for family support.
