Judith Thompson

THOMPSON, Judith-age 61 passed away May 7, 2013. She was a member of Community Church of Hendersonville. She was a loving devoted daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved working with children, as a substitute teacher at various schools and enjoyed working at mother's day out programs. Preceded in death by father, Terry Mahaffey. Survived by husband of 37 years, Wayne Thompson; daughters, Sheila Day John & Tammy Smith Bryan; mother, Marlene Peal Mahaffey; sister, Sherry Bennett; 5 grandchildren; many extended family members and friends. A Life Celebration will be held 11am Friday at Hendersonville Funeral Home with Dr. Doug Varnado officiating.
