Johnnie “Ray” Gammon, 79, of Goodlettsville passed away Tuesday November 9, 2021. Born September 3, 1942 in Lafayette, TN, Ray was the son of the late Wiley Othel Gammon and Ruby Lucille Tuck. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Joe Gammon. Ray had served with the US Army during the Vietnam War. He had been an entrepreneur and business owner. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Carol (Gillem) Gammon; daughters, Tammy Nauman (Doc) and Amy Williams (Doug); four grandchildren, Michelle Seeley (G.K.), Brandon Woodward (Amy), Kayla Williams and Cody Williams; and 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation for Ray will be held Monday November 15th from 4 until 7 PM at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville. Interment with Military Honors at the Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery will be held at 2 PM, Tuesday November 16th.
