Jody Winslow

Jody Kaye (Clayton) Winslow passed into Heaven on October 26, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer. Jody was the daughter of Marsha and Gary Clayton.

She grew up in Kingsport, Tennessee having attended Sullivan South High School. Jody went on to The University of Tennessee Knoxville where she met her future husband Jeffrey Winslow. Jody and Jeff were married in Knoxville on October 5, 1996. They spent the next 13 years living in Tucson, Arizona before moving back to the Nashville Tennessee area. Jody was employed at TravelLink in Nashville as an accountant.

Jody is preceded in death by her father Gary Clayton and her grandparents. She leaves to mourn her passing, husband of 26 years Jeffrey Winslow; her mother Marsha Clayton; brother Randall (Vicki) Clayton; mother and father in law Chris and Ralph Winslow. In addition, she is survived by her nieces and nephews Anna, Andrew, Thomas, Jonathan, Peter, Mary, and Julia Clayton.

Visitation will be held at Cole and Garrett Funeral Home in Goodlettsville on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 3pm-5pm. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
