BLACK, Jewell, age 86, Nashville, January 25, 2011. He was a wonderful husband and father. Preceded in death by son, Michael Dale Black. Survived by his wife of 57 years, Betty Black; daughter, Melissa David Garris; son, Terry Dottie Black; Jeff Sally Carter; grandchildren, TJ Cherie Black, Michelle Matt King, Dana Harris, Gina, Michelle and Mark Carter; great-grandchildren, Ayden and Christian Black, Blake and Ana King, Jeremiah Harris-Dunn, Lexi Beasley and GiGi Harris. He was retired from Ford Glass Plant after 31 years. The funeral service will be at 12 noon, Saturday, January 29, 2011 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment at Elmwood Cemetery, Springfield, TN. Visitation, Friday, 2-8 pm and Saturday, 10am-12 noon at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME 6962 Charlotte Pk, 615 352-9400
