GOWER Jr., Jess W. "Buddy" age 53 passed away on July 28, 2008. He is preceded in death by his sister, Louise Blade. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Gower; daughter, Connie Derrick Hargrove; son, Jess W. "Bear" Gower III; step-sons, Mickey Haddock, Michael Haddock; step-daughters, Thelma Guy, Anita Grant; sisters, Betty Perry, Margie Holt; brother, Alvin "Pee Wee" Gower; 6 grandchildren. Memorial services will be on Saturday August 2, 2008 at 12 pm at the Harpeth Hills Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10-12 pm at the HARPETH HILLS FUNERAL HOME, 9090 HWY 100, 615 646-9292.
