PEWITT, Jefferson Claude "Jack" passed away on January 21, 2006. He is survived by his wife Shelia Pewitt; parents Jerry and Joyce Pewitt; daughters Jennifer Pewitt, Michelle Mitchell; step-daughter, Promise Young; step-sons, Larry and Tommy Owens; brothers, Samuel R. and Jeremiah Pewitt; sisters Elizabeth Peters, Jacqueline Barnes; 3 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday January 23, 2006 at 1 PM at the Harpeth Hills Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Taylor cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-8PM. Friends and Family will serve as pallbearers.
