James Spann, Sr.

SPANN, Sr. James, Loy – Age 70 of Hendersonville passed away October 9, 2012. Mr. Spann is preceded in death by his parents, Freeman Jack Spann and Nora Lou Alvis. He is survived by Vicki Spann Hendersonville; son, Jimmy Spann Only, TN; daughter, Jill Carruth Paul Hendersonville; grandchildren, Chandler and Cross Carruth Hendersonville; brothers, Joe Jean Spann Smyrna; sisters, Martha Goad Don Nashville, Harriet Doug Hagar Mt. Juliet; uncle, Donald Wilshire Mary Titusville, FL; a host of nieces and nephews. Pall bearers will include family and friends. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. The service for Mr. Spann will be Friday at 10 a.m. with Mark Carver officiating in the chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home.
