Howard Lewis Jr.

LEWIS Jr., Howard E. passed away on September 19, 2007. Mr. Lewis worked for the U S Food and Drug Administration for 43 years until he retired in 2005 as the Director of the Nashville Branch. He was an avid sportsman who loved hunting and fishing and tennis. He had a lifetime interest in collecting butterflies and was moths, and a member of the Lepidopterist society. He will be loved and missed by his wife Flo Lewis; children Kelly Lewis and David Howard Lewis; grandchildren, Kristen Clingenpeel and Stephanie Clingenpeel. Funeral services will be on Saturday at 1 pm at the Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Friday from 4-8 pm at the Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. There will be an interment at the Hasley cemetery in Monroe La. at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to the Nashville Union Mission.
