FRANKENBACH, Helen E. "Polly" – Age 90, a longtime Nashvillian. Passed away peacefully after a long illness on January 13, 2010. Preceded in death by her husband, Raymond F. Frankenbach. Survived by her children, Carolyn Evans Waggoner, Raymond F. Frankenbach, Jr. Debbie, John E. Frankenbach, Sr. Lissa Walker Chuck; 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild. The family will have a private graveside service, but will celebrate her life with family and friends from 1pm – 3pm Saturday at 1021 Lucas Ct., Brentwood, TN, 37027. The family would like to send a special thanks to the amazing staff & caregivers at NHC Cool Springs.
